Hotel Mare Blu Terme is a five star hotel situated just a few steps from the beach in Ischia's main town. The location makes it an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding areas of Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte, with the iconic medieval castle, Castello Aragonese around 10 minutes walk away. Just across the road from the hotel there are several beaches while it's also possible to walk along the esplanade to reach the island's main shopping district which is littered with bars and restaurants.
One of the main features of the hotel is its rooftop terrace from which guests can sunbathe while enjoying views across to the Italian mainland and the neighbouring island of Procida. Directions:
Hotel Mare Blu Terme is located between Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte. If arriving in Ischia by ferry or hydrofoil, walk towards the main town area with the sea to your left. At the corner of the port is the Aragona Palace Hotel and when you pass it you need to take the next turn on your left which is Via Roma. From this point, Mare Blu is around 20-30 minutes walk away but you don't have to change street. The hotel is located right next to the beach and can be reached easily if you simply follow the esplanade path from Ischia Porto in the direction of Castello Aragonese.
