The easiest way to reach Hotel New Crostolo is on foot from Ischia Porto's main harbour. From the hydrofoil jetty turn first left and then right as the road turns inland and up a slight hill. To your right you will then see the bus station and you need to head in that direction, following the road as it bends left and away from the port. At the top of this road is a roundabout, turn right here and you'll then see the entrance to the Hotel New Crostolo on the opposite side of the road.
