Although the address of Villa Ireos states Casamicciola, in practice it's much closer to the centre of Ischia Porto which is the nearest port. From there you can take a taxi which should take no more than 5-7 minutes or alternatively a bus. You can take a 1, 2 or CS bus, getting off at Castiglione Thermal Park. From there, cross the road and then take the road that climbs left and up the hill. You'll find Villa Ireos five minutes up this hill on the left.
