The closest sea port to Residence Aegidius is Ischia Porto and from there it's around 5-10 minutes by car or taxi. If driving from the port area, make your way to the main road, the SS270 and turn left, heading east. Go straight across at the first roundabout and then proceed under the tunnel. Along this road you'll be able to see a view of the town with Castello Aragonese in the distance to your left. The road gradually climbs before reaching a brow where it starts to descend and at this point you must get in position to take the next left turn which arrives quickly just after the hill. Take the left and then the first right, passing the football stadium on your right. At the bottom of this road just after Bar Holidays, turn left past the petrol station and keep going, passing Ristorante Zio Peppe on your right. Shortly after the restaurant, also on the right side of the road is a car park. Enter the car park, drive to the rear and then turn left down the slope at which point you'll see the entrance gate to Residence Aegidius on your right.
