With seven bedrooms, a total of 9 bathrooms and a 70m² outdoor heated swimming pool, this stunning villa offers a fabulous opportunity for a luxury holiday on the island of Ischia in a central location.
The villa is situated on the hill that overlooks the island's main port area, close to a number of beaches and the famous Riva Destra, the glamorous marina where yachts moor up to sample some of the Ischian hospitality in one of the seemingly endless number of restaurants and bars. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided for with a number of supermarkets a short drive away and a private car park within the villa's grounds.
Without a doubt the centrepiece of the villa is the 10 x 7 metre pool which is heated and comes with a hydro massage feature. Around the pool there are sun loungers and parasols from where guests can relax, enjoying the incredible views down to Castello Aragonese, the Italian mainland and the neighbouring islands of Procida and Vivara.
Every room at the villa comes with the modern comforts that you'd expect to find at home including air-conditioning, heating, TVs with satellite channels, stereo and ceiling fan. This is in addition to the free WiFi internet which is available throughout the property.
Split over two levels, on the lower floor of the villa you'll find a spacious living area with sofas with views out on to the pool and the adjoining terraces which come with various seats and tables. There's also a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dedicated laundry room next to it. The ground floor is completed by the 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
On the lower level there's a separate building with apartments, each one with its own bathroom and living room with sofa beds. In total the whole villa has space for 14 guests to sleep comfortably while there's space for 4 more on the sofa beds in the two mini apartments.
Apart from the guest's space there are also living quarters available for staff if required.
