Clean and spacious apartment less than ten minutes on foot from the town centre. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building that consists of one other apartment on the same floor and another upstairs, all of which enjoy the privacy of a gated entrance and an allocated parking space.
Upon entering the apartment you are met with the large kitchen-diner which has recently been refurbished and comes with air-conditioning along with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a large fridge-freezer. Along from the kitchen is a lounge area that consists of a sofa, an armchair and a television with access via a patio door on to the terrace which stretches around the building. The terrace can be modified to add privacy or to protect from the weather with a canopy that is easy to put up or down.
Back inside the apartment there are three double bedrooms, the main one of which comes with a doubled bed while the other two are equipped with twin singles. The interior is completed by the bathroom with shower and WC.
The great advantage of the apartment is its proximity to the town centre where the likes of the Riva Destra area of restaurants is less than ten minutes walk away, as are the towns other attractions such as its bars, shops and beaches such as San Pietro. Ischia Porto is also the main transport hub on the island from where you can travel by bus or taxi to other parts of the island or by sea to neighbouring islands and notable locations on the mainland such as Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
