Corso Vittoria Colonna offers a wide range of luxury shops, bars and restaurants and is the main thoroughfare in Ischia Porto. The apartment lies in a private, gated road with intercom access just off Corso Vittoria Colonna and Lido Beach is just a 3 or 4 minute walk away via a private walkway with the sea around 200 metres away in total. The ferry & hydrofoil port is less than 15 minutes away and is one of the trendiest areas in Ischia with La Riva Destra offering nightlife and culinary excellence with its array of restaurants.
The apartment itself is comprised of two separate bedrooms as well as a central lounge area with an open-plan kitchen-diner. The main bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom makes best use of the space with a cabin bed. Two further sleeping spaces are available in the lounge with its double sofa-bed and the fully-equipped kitchen completes this home from home. There are two separate balcony terraces, one of which looks out on to the woods at the side of the building and the other, larger terrace comes with a table and chairs at the front of the apartment.
