Hello all! The Easter weekend continues in Ischia with a beautiful spring afternoon. It's been busier than usual on the island due to all the visitors coming over for the bank holiday weekend (by the way these weekends are known as "Ponti" in Italy - Bridge Weekends) and it's been nice to see the place coming alive again. Many of those visitors will be making their way back to the mainland again over the course of this afternoon and evening, meaning we'll return to our relatively sleepy atmosphere for the rest of the week. I say "relatively" in comparison to other notable places in the region such as Capri, Sorrento or Positano for example which are all much much busier than Ischia, making this a great place to visit if you're looking to avoid huge crowds of people with selfie-sticks! Ciao :-)
