Hello from Ischia! It's been a while since my last update so high time I showed myself. Having personally been away for the last month or so it's interesting to see the situation on the island is much-changed. All but a small percentage of hotels are now closed for the winter although there are still plenty open for anybody planning a winter visit here. There are also other hotels that open for the Christmas season, more or less from the middle of December to the 2nd week in January. We've had some pretty rough weather in the last week or so, plenty of storms and high winds but right now things are calm with the occasional spell of sunshine. Taking advantage of the high winds yesterday were some intrepid kite-surfers, the subject of this week's photo. Ciao :-)
