Le Fumarole Beach, Sant'Angelo

​Afternoon folks! It's a gorgeous, sunny Sunday in Ischia. Looking out to sea right now the sun is glistening on the water as a rather impressive-looking yacht makes its way across Citara Bay in Forio. This peaceful scene is broken occasionally by distant cheers from a bar as the locals explode with joy at watching Napoli's football team demolish Torino with 3 big cheers in the last 5 minutes meaning an unusual goal rush in that match. Whenever Napoli play you'll find the streets that bit quieter then when the match finishes you'll find people making their way into the town centres for an afternoon passeggiata followed by some kind of ice-cream, cake or coffee (I might join them actually!). As for the weather, things are looking good for the next 7 days with no rain forecast. Ciao :-)
