Castello Aragonese, Ischia Ponte

​Evening folks! At the risk of repetition it's been another beautiful Sunday in Ischia. Sometimes when you've been somewhere for a long time you start to take it for granted yet a quick walk around Ischia Ponte this afternoon reminded me what a truly unique, wonderful place this is. Walking down the hillside towards the village you're confronted with a view that it's really something special. On a clear day like today Capri looks like it's a 5 minute swim away while just behind Castello Aragonese there are the islands of Procida and Vivara while Mount Vesuvius looms large in the background. Cast your gaze slightly to the left and you can see some of Ischia's pretty beaches dotted with multi-coloured umbrellas. It's truly a blessing to be here. Back soon. Ciao :-)
