Evening all! It's a beautiful day in Ischia and you have to say, one of the best times of the year to visit the island. Things are still fairly quiet as there are still a few places that won't open until next week but there's been a definite change over the past seven days with a lot more people around, boats on the water and the sun warming our backs. Today is a special day in the calendar, Palm Sunday and for that reason you may have seen people walking around carrying olive branches. Those branches are taken to the local church where they are exchanged for a blessing. On the weather front, we're set for a wonderful week ahead with temperatures hovering between 17°-20° Celsius (63°-68° Fahrenheit). Today's photo was taken an hour ago at Le Fumarole Beach in Sant'Angelo. Back soon. Ciao :-)
