Soooo, with reference to my previous blog written on April 1st (aka April Fool's Day, or aka Pesce d'Aprile in Italan), it seems as if the story about oil prospecting was just a big old hoax or "Fake News" as is the current vernacular. BP were not involved in spreading graffiti on a cliff in Ischia and we certainly don't have a team of helicopters to run around reporting on things for us :-) So let's get back to reality and with April well underway the island takes on a new persona. Spring is very much in the air and also on the ground with flowers blooming and the grass given a fine dusting of yellow with those little buttercup type things (that's not their official Latin name by the way). The week ahead is looking bright and sunny with temperatures between 11° and 18°C. Back soon with more. Ciao :-)
