Buon Natale from Ischia Review

Merry Christmas once again from Ischia Review and from Ischia. It's been a wonderful day of opening presents, spending time with friends and family but above all, of eating and drinking. With a giant slab of Panettone and several hundred biscuits for breakfast it wasn't log before lunch time arrived with pasta, rice, chicken, pork, pretty much every vegetable you can think of and several further dessert courses, oh and fruit! This in addition to wine (normal and mulled varieties) and some lethal shots of Grappa to wash it all down with. The weather has been good too, sunny again like it's been for a while and right now at 5:45pm it's 11° Celsius (52° Fahrenheit) with similar conditions expected for tomorrow.
