 The Passion of Christ in Forio Afternoon everyone, I hope you're all having a good, Good Friday. The Easter weekend has got off to a great start in Ischia with a beautiful sunny day replacing the damp and gloom from the earlier part of this week. Not only is it bright and sunny but the visibility is so good that you can easily see the island of Ventotene in the distance which is just over 40km away. This evening there's one of the big events of the year taking place in Forio, The Passion of Christ is brilliantly performed and starts around 19:00 this evening, to be played out all around the streets of Forio which is sure to be really busy. Right now at 4pm it's 16° Celsius (61° Fahrenheit) with tomorrow and Sunday expected to see very similar conditions. I'll be back with more tomorrow. Ciao :-)
