Morning all! It's a cloudy, grey start to the day in Forio and the overnight rain has left some residual dampness in the air and on the ground. December 26th is known as Santo Stefano (St. Stephen's Day) in Italy so for most people that means a day off, mostly spending time with friends and family. The forecast for today is for scattered showers while temperatures should see a maximum of 16° Celcius (60° Fahrenheit) and a minimum of 7°C (45°F). There are also some heavy winds of 20mph expected but as yet they haven't arrived and things the sea is calm. However, do make sure to check with your ferry or hydrofoil company to see if any delays are expected if you're crossing over to Ischia today.
