 The Belvedere di Zaro in Forio Evening folks. Your working week blues are nearly over and now you can look forward to another colour over the weekend (is there an opposite colour to blues to signify a good mood?). The metronomical weather has continued today and as you know that means sunshine and heat. Right now at 6:15pm it's 28° Celsius (82° Fahrehneit) and a cursory glance at the weather forecast shows nothing untoward on the horizon. Today's photo shows the "Belvedere di Zaro", where you can enjoy one of the best views on the island, across to Chiesa del Soccorso in the distance and with Chiaia and San Francesco beaches in the foreground. The word "Belvedere" more or less means "nice view" but we're yet to come up with a suitable equivalent in English for some reason. Ciao :-)
