 The Greek Theatre at La Mortella Gardens in Forio Hello everyone and welcome back to Ischia on the last day of July. It's been another hot and sticky day and right now at 5:15pm the temperature is 34° Celcius (93° Fahrenheit). There were a few unexpected hints of rain this morning that just fell short of developing into any water actually touching the ground (somewhere between steam and liquid) and looking ahead, the outlook remains very positive for anybody about to pay us a visit. Tonight's minimum will again be around 25°C (77°F) and there's lots of sunshine expected for the weekend. Today's photo comes from the Greek Theatre at La Mortella Gardens which last night held its final outdoor concert of the year and I'm already looking forward to the first one next year!
