 La Pastiera Good afternoon everyone and hope you're all having a good Good Friday! It's another pleasant day today, sporadically cloudy but sunny for the most part. The temperature right now at 1:30pm is 18° Celcius (64° Fahrenheit) and just like yesterday the minimum for this evening will be around 11°C (52°F). Obviously it's a very important religious day in the calendar but also in terms of events as tonight sees the not-to-be-missed Actus Tragicus (Passion of Christ) in Forio. The action kicks off around 8pm tonight down by Forio port so make sure you get there early to grab the best spot as it'll be busy. Today's photo is the dangerously delicious La Pastiera, a type of cake that's traditionally made at Easter and which has formed a part of my last two meals...back tomorrow, ciao :-)
