 Le Fumarole Beach, Sant'Angelo Hello everyone! Is the weekend here yet? I think it is and you all have my permission to go home early unless you already have of course. It's really really hot in Ischia today, even riding around on the scooter which normally has a significant cooling effect, the air is thick with heat. Right now at 4:30pm it's 32° Celcius (90° Fahrenheit) and tonight's minimum temperature will set a new benchmark for this year at 24°C (75°F). There is no change to these conditions for the foreseeable future so pack light if you're visiting any time soon. Today's photo comes from that lovely little corner of Ischia, the bay around Le Fumarole Beach which can be reached along a scenic path from the village of Sant'Angelo and well worth the effort of the small hill.
