Lemon Tree in Forio

Afternoon folks. So that nightmare first week back at work after the Christmas holidays is almost at an end and you can start to think about downing tools again. Here in Ischia the weather has been a little bit indecisive. Last night we had a fair few showers and for the most part today has been cloudy. Right now however at 3:30pm the sun is out and it's a very pleasant 16° Celsius (61° Fahrenheit). There is a chance of occasional showers over the next few days but it should stay mostly dry with similar temperatures. Today's photo shows one of the many lemon trees on the island with its fruit ready and ripe to be picked. This is the time of year when you see not only lemons but thousands of oranges scattered around the island as they drop from the trees. A domani. Ciao :-)
