Bougainvillea in Forio

​Evening all. The weather has been somewhat turbulent over the last few days but I think we're now heading for a more settled spell. Things were going very well today until late afternoon with plenty of sunshine and warmth but out of the blue (literally), came a sudden wave of dark cloud that brought several showers with it and hung around for a couple of hours like an unwanted guest at a party before finally taking the hint and clearing off. Right now it's cooler than it's been of late, 26° Celsius (79° Fahrenheit), but the sun is back out and about to set over Forio, leaving us with some cleaner, fresher air. Tomorrow the temperature will be cranking back up to its usual level so expect another beautiful, balmy evening for La Festa di Sant'Anna in Ischia Ponte. Ciao :-)
