Horse & Cart near Maronti Beach

Buongiorno a tutti! It's 2:30pm and we've got a bit of a grey, drizzly day today, not what was forecast at all and which goes to show how difficult it can be to predict the weather at this time of year. There's a bit of wind around too, making for slightly choppy conditions out at sea. The temperature right at this moment is 9° Celcius (48° Fahrenheit) and although it should stay mostly dry for the rest of the day, the mercury will gradually drop down as far as 3°C (37°F)  tonight and with the wind-chill factor added in it will feel colder still. For today's photo I've chosen a typical scene from the road down to Maronti Beach, a horse and cart driver with faithful dog doing its very best to keep up with its larger four-legged friend.
