Il Fungo Beach, Lacco Ameno

Greetings everyone. We've got an absolutely sumptuous afternoon in Ischia and by my reckoning it's the hottest day we've had so far this year.  It's amazing what a difference the nicer weather makes when you see so many more people out and about including the first trickle of tourists. Things are almost ready for the summer season now with Easter next weekend and today's sunshine is perfectly timed. Right now at 3:45pm it's 18° Celsius (64° Fahrenheit) and conditions look set fair for the weekend. The temperatures and forecasts for next week are a little bit mixed so we'll wait and see what happens there. Today's photo comes from Il Fungo Beach in Lacco Ameno, the smallest town on the island but full of charm and excellent facilities. Back again tomorrow. Ciao :-)
