 Balcony in Ischia Afternoon everyone. The weekend is underway and the island is rapidly filling up with people from around the world who are here to join in with the Festa di Sant'Anna celebrations as well as those that are already here generally enjoying the sunshine and all the other lovely stuff there is here. Right now at 4:45pm it's 33° Celcius (91° Fahrenheit), sunny with a light breeze. The forecast does show the chance of rain over the next few hours but it doesn't look particularly scary. I would urge anybody who is on the island this evening to get down to Ischia Ponte where musician Marcello Colasurdo will be strutting his stuff. Even if you don't speak Italian or know his music you'll be hooked after a few minutes and that's from personal experience. Back tomorrow, ciao :-)
