Pine Trees in Casamicciola

Afternoon everyone. Ischia is once again a picture of calm as we see out the last couple of days of January. It's hard to know whether winter is gradually on the way out or about to finally hit in a big way because so far it's really felt really mild. Today has unfolded much like the last few days, a battle between cloudy and sunny spells which is being consistently won by the clouds. There's also a slight breeze today causing a ripple or two out at sea but nothing serious. Right now at 2:45pm the temperature is 14° Celsius (57° Fahrenheit) and that won't drop by much as we get into this evening. Tomorrow sees the Festa di San Ciro in the little hamlet of Ciglio in Serrara Fontana and there could be some rain around while that's on. Anyway, back with more tomorrow. Ciao :-)
