 Bay of La Scannella, Buona sera everyone. It's that time of day again to report on the general weather situation and the good news continues. Once again we've had pretty much unbroken sunshine as visitors to Ischia boil, scorch and sizzle in equal measure. Right now at 6:30pm it's 29° Celsius (84° Fahrenheit), a measurement I always take in the shade but out there on the beaches it's considerably hotter. With it being the weekend it always amazes me how many boats there are out there. Every kind of yacht from world-class super-yachts to small dinghies and everything in between can be seen around the island as visitors take the chance to visit not just Ischia but the islands around it such as Procida, Capri, Ventotene and Ponza. Lucky souls that they are! Back again tomorrow. Ciao :-)
