 Ischia Ponte Buona domenica everyone! It's a beautiful afternoon in Ischia and the perfect setting for "La Festa della Mamma" (Mother's Day) which is celebrated all across Italy with children giving their mums gifts and flowers so "Happy Mother's Day" mum if you're reading this :-) Right now at 1pm it's 27° Celcius (81° Fahrenheit) and possibly the hottest day of the year so far, there were a few light showers this morning but the clouds have all been blitzed away by now. The minimum temperature this evening will be 16°C (61°F) and looking at the week ahead there's no sign of anything untoward until Saturday at the earliest so it would be the perfect time for a visit! I'll leave you for today with today's photo of Ischia Ponte from the top of Castello Aragonese. Back tomorrow, ciao :-)
