 Kite-Surfing at Chiaia Beach, Forio Ciao a tutti e buona domenica! Well the sun is out but that tell the real story of today because despite the very welcome blue skies, we've got an absolute gale blowing! Looking out to sea all you can sea are sheets of white foam galloping towards the shore and waves crashing against the rocks. The temperature right now at 1:30pm is 10° Celcius (50° Fahrenheit) and that looks to be the general average for the next few days. There is rain forecast for next week but on the positive side that does mean the night-time temperatures shouldn't be as low as they have been. Rough seas are not everyone's cup of tea but kite-surfers love them and have been out in full force at Chiaia Beach this morning as you can see from today's photo. Back later with the Sunday blog.
