 Cartaromana Bay, Ischia Ponte Hi everyone and welcome back to a hot and sticky Ischia. The recent change in the weather seems to have settled in now and after a strange first three weeks or so of June things are now very much as you'd expect them to be. Right from the word go it was bright and sunny this morning and coupled with an absence of any breeze it's felt just as hot as the previous few days, without quite reaching into the thirties. Right now at 7:15pm it's 27° Celsius (81° Fahrenheit) and as I look out to sea it's noticeable that the bay, which until a few hours ago was teeming with yachts and dinghies is now emptying as visitors make their way home at the end of the weekend. The week to come looks like it's going to be great, lots of sunshine and heat so pack light if you're on your way! Ciao :-)
