Fishing Boat by Maronti Beach, Barano

Buona domenica a tutti! It's a slow, sleepy Sunday in Ischia and feeling a little more muggy than it has done in previous days. It's still nice and warm but there are a few wispy clouds around with very little breeze making for these slightly close conditions. Right now at 12:45pm it's 27° Celcius (81° Fahrenheit) but that should rise by a few notches as we get into the hottest part of the afternoon around 4pm. Tonight's minimum will once again be 20°C (68°F) and the outlook for the next week is great for holidaymakers but not such a thrill for gardeners with no prospect of rain and temperatures soaring as we get into July. Today's photo from Maronti Beach offers the remedy to those sizzling temperatures, just makes you want to go and dive in doesn't it? A domani, ciao :-)
