 Citara Beach, Forio Afternoon folks. It's a glorious afternoon in Ischia after a morning that was a bit slow to get going. We're still in that phase where a few businesses including hotels, restaurants and thermal parks are not quite open yet but that being the case it seems like the current fashion fad is to hold a paint brush in ones hand. Nearly every place you pass has some kind of maintenance going on in time for the summer season which in essence is just a couple of days away now. Right now at 4pm we have sunny conditions with a bit of a breeze but all fairly calm out at sea and a current temperature of 20° Celsius (68° Fahrenheit). Tomorrow should be similar but as we get into Saturday and Sunday we're expecting to see the mercury hit the mid-twenties. Back with another update tomorrow. Ciao :-)
