 San Pietro Beach, Ischia Porto Afternoon all. With winter rapidly approaching the nights are really drawing in early and it's already getting dark now. Having been away for a while you can sometimes forget how beautiful the island really is and lucky as I am to have a view of the sea I'm rarely short of a wonderful vista. Right now the sea looks like a skating rink with a dark silver colour while yesterday it was completely different with golden shades at sunset and a shepherdly delighting red the day before. It's 4:45pm now and the temperature is a respectable 17° Celcius (63° Fahrenheit). The next few days appear to be cloudy while there may also be some drops of rain around at the weekend. Today's photo comes from a peaceful San Pietro Beach in Ischia Porto and I'll be back tomorrow. Ciao :-)
