 Castello Aragonese, Ischia Ponte Ciao a tutti! It's just coming up to 3pm and we're in the middle of a downpour that looks set to last for the rest of the day. There were some brighter spells this morning and it did feel a bit warmer than yesterday for a while but the temperature has since dropped to 8° Celcius (46° Fahrenheit). The longer the days goes on the stronger the wind should get as well, reaching as high as 40mph at its peak some time around midnight. Things should gradually die down a bit as we get to dawn tomorrow which looks like it will be much nicer with some sunny spells mixed in with showers. Today's photo comes from Castello Aragonese in Ischia Ponte, you can visit the castle all year round and wander through its historic gardens like this one that looks out on to Cartaromana Bay.
