 La Befana in Ischia Good morning and Buona Befana! It's just coming up to 10am and the sun is climbing above Forio. We've got another gorgeous, sunny day and the temperature right now is 11° Celcius (52° Fahrenheit). The weather is set fair for the next few days and the only prospect of rain comes at the weekend but we'll wait and see what that brings. Now what was that word you said "Befana"? Well it just happens to be a national holiday in Italy and most people will be spending the day with their family and friends. La Befana is the name of the witch in today's photo and if you want to know who she is and why she's important, have a read of our new article "What is La Befana?".
