​Evening folks. We've had rather a strange day of weather in Ischia today. At times it's felt hot but a feeling that something disagreeable is on the way is hard to ignore. Last night we had a heavy downpour, the first we've had for a long time and the kind that sends your TV channels into a panic before leaving you with a blank screen. This morning the skies were clear but the sea rough and it's gradually got rougher still as the day's worn on. Right now at 7:15pm it's down to 24° Celsius (75° Fahrenheit) and there's a large build up of cloud, like an invading army on the eve of battle moving into position, ready to unleash their forces the next day which in our case will come in the form of rain for most of tomorrow. By Thursday it should be sunny again though. Ciao :-)
