 Cava dell'Isola Beach, Forio Afternoon everyone. It's another beautiful afternoon in Ischia, there's not a cloud to be seen and there's nothing to report other than perfect blue skies and warm sun. Right now at 3:30pm it's 28° Celcius (82° Fahrenheit) with another warm night in store, a minimum temperature of 21°C (70°F). There is a slight breeze but looking out to sea all you can see are little shards of light glittering around on the surface. Lovely. Looking ahead at the next seven days it's a case of more of the same with the next three days in particular set to be even hotter. As today marks the beginning of the Festa di San Vito (the patron saint of Forio), what better way to mark the occasion than by sharing one of the town's main jewels, Cava dell'Isola Beach.
