Buona sera folks and welcome to my little afternoon warble. I've just taken a pre-post wander outside and have randomly come up with the thought that if the weather today was a pizza then it would most certainly be a "Diavola" (devil) which is the hottest and spiciest pizza on most Neapolitan and Ischian restaurant menus. Right now at 5:15pm it's a palate-busting 34° Celcius (93° Fahrenheit) while this evening we'll see the inferno cool down to a minimum of 26°C (79°F) before firing up the wood oven for more of the same tomorrow. In other news, Antonio Banderas has professed his love for Ischia while other celebrities paparazzi-snapped yesterday include American TV presenter Jimmy Kimmel who's here to receive an award.
