 Fishing Boat by Castello Aragonese in Ischia Ponte Evening all. Guess what, it's hot! Yes the sweltering spell of weather continues with another feast of sunshine today. Even right now at 7:15pm it's still 30° Celsius (86° Fahrenheit) with another very sticky, humid evening in store. Over the last few days a new arrival on the scene has been the crickets with their constant chatter that you almost don't notice because it's always there, one of the most obvious signs of summer time in Italy. Looking ahead there's no change expected to the current conditions for at least the next week so you can plan your time here without fear of any rain interruptions. Today's photo comes from Ischia Ponte which next week will be the scene for one of the busiest events of the year. La Festa di Sant'Anna which takes place on Tuesday. Ciao :-)
