Shades of Blue in Ischia

​Afternoon folks. We've got a pleasant enough day here today without being dazzlingly sunny. It's some way short of being what you'd describe as overcast but there's a grey-blue covering of light cloud and occasional bursts of sunshine. Right now at 4pm it's 27° Celsius (81° Fahrenheit) with just a light breeze, definitely one of those days where you can get caught out if you don't put enough sun cream on so don't forget! Tomorrow is the last day of June, a month where we saw an unusual amount of cloud, certainly for the first half of the month but looking at the weather forecast for the next 7 days, it looks as though we're going to have an extended spell of unbroken sunshine and temperatures regularly in excess of 30°C, otherwise known as summer.
